Taco Bell

Like always this taco bell never fails to let you down. Extremely under filled. Hard flour tortillas. Blow is the 1 dollar cheese roll up!! The other tacos where just as poorly made. At least this time the cook wasn't rubbing his nose while making food. This location is horrible. Drive down to the other end and get real good taco bell.

This location is the only one that doesn't skimp on the portions. They don't go overboard, but the servings they dish out actually look like the ones in the ads. Most other stores don't give you half of what their supposed. I don't know how profitable they are, but they should have a loyal customer base because they treat you the way they're supposed to. Not many fast food businesses do that any more.

I let the manager know that his “Diner is Open” sign is still visible even though their doors are locked. I told them it would confuse customers like myself and asked nicely if they could cover it up or remove it. Not very difficult to avoid confusion. He said, “nah we don’t have to.” What a joke of a location. Just goes to show the type of establishment Taco Bell is. Can’t even perform a simple task to help their business. Very rude and unprofessional. Take your business to one by Baylor, worth the drive honestly. Much nicer and better service.

Spent 30 min in line after ordering ahead of time. They said they were only taking online and doorddash orders. They wanted to only give me half my big order, but only Angel fixed my order. He let me come inside and they fixed my order. The inside was dirty, filthy. They dropped a burrito at first and I feel that if I hadn't been watching them, they would have served it to me. Look for Angel. With Angel there, your food will get out right.

Very very slow service absolutely terrible. I have never made a review about any company for any complaints but that’s how bad the service is. I got ONE CHICKEN QUESADILLA and they forgot to cook it. Shredded cheese was straight out of the fridge and I think they just killed the chicken and cut it up without cooking it cause that was cold too. Only thing hot was the sauce and it was spicy not even cooked. They need to shut this place down this is the 3rd time it’s happened.

My mother and I went through the drive through of this taco bell and asked if we could split two separate orders. The drive through employee said not at this time and we asked if we could come inside to split orders and she said yes. When we walked inside another employee met us with disrespect and rudeness stating “the lobby is closed EXCEPT for the people already eating here.” When we said the drive through employee just told us we may come into the lobby for our order, the employee did not look us in the eyes, rolled her eyes, and stated that the lobby was closed except for the people eating inside already. Mind you this was at 6:19pm on a Tuesday. The lobby’s stay open until 9pm says their sign on their door AND the door to the lobby was unlocked. NEVER ordering from this Taco Bell again!

Stupidity is something this location specialize IN. Multiple times I order 1 item and they can't even do that. Example Order 1 bean burrito ask for beef and have it grilled I get charged for the meat doesn't get added I call back and Manger says she don't know and hung up. Close this location kids in high school can do this job better then these lazy 30+ years old ADULTS
