I come here a lot and my sandwich is wrong A LOT!! I order the same sweet and spicy meatball every time. My sandwich is cut through the bottom, my sandwich has pepper all over it, And my bread is barely toasted. I’m so disappointed at this management and pure lack of attention to a customers food. If you want firehouse go to a different location this one is not good. Waste of $13. OH I ALSO FOUND A HAIR IN ONE HALF OF MY SANDWICH. EW

The staff is really amazing. Very fun and lively.
Jeremiah and the lady at the register were fantastic and brightened my day. The guy who delivered my sub to my table was also friendly.

We get firehouse subs delivered to our building for purchase and the rookie sub is either hit or miss. You’ll get a great sandwich one time and then the next time the ham tastes like straight sugar. I really wish it had the same consistency.

I have never been to Firehouse Subs but I ran into Jeremiah at another restaurant where he was in uniform and represented this company with the most excellent customer service by going the extra mile to assist a mother in need. Because of him I now want to try Firehouse Subs even though it would be a drive out of my way. Jeremiah left a lasting positive impression. If this is how your employees are off the clock I can only image how wonderful it would be to eat at such a great place. Thank you Jeremiah for making my day better! I look forward to seeing you soon as I eat at Firehouse Subs!

It's like gourmet Subway in short terms. Come here for lunch often and I always have a great experience and a full stomach. Manager does a very good job maintaining a clean store and upbeat crew. No complaints.

Jeremiah the manager and his team are phenomenal. They really do go above and beyond. My daughter had been recently diagnosed with celiac disease and they went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure everything was cleaned down and the sandwich prepped separately. We had only visited once and a month later came back and Jeremiah recognized us immediately and remembered about my daughter and again made sure to accommodate her.
Strong leaders and great personalities make a place and you have a treasure on your hands. Thank you to Jeremiah and staff for the great service! We will keep coming back to Firehouse Subs on our way through Waco even if it is out of our way.

I was able to have the manager help me with my order and they did a fantastic job representing the brand. Definitely worth the trip!
