Got chocolate, strawberry and vanilla cupcakes for my daughters 2 year olds Birthday, chocolate no one ate because they tasted like they weren’t cooked all the way, strawberry was good, vanilla didn’t taste fresh. I felt bad for her, 70 something dollars for 2 dozen of these was a joke, she didn’t know any better though!! The fondant on top was definitely not edible!! I’ll definitely make them myself next time for about 20 bucks!! (She ordered bubble guppies and that’s the best they could come up with? No different color icings or sprinkles for a little pizazz, nothing!!)

I'd rather not give specific details to keep my identity private but we ordered 2 dozens cupcakes for my son's birthday party with a specific cartoon theme in mind. I told the baker I didn't have a specific idea of how I wanted the cupcakes to look and that I was open to different ideas so long as it was the theme I wanted, well boy was I surprised, I placed my order 2 weeks ahead of time, spent 75 dollars and every single cupcake looked exactly the same, white frosting with a teeny tiny 3d printed fondant (maybe the size of a button) on each cupcake and to top it all off the chocolate ones tasted spongey and undercooked, even my neices and nephew would not eat them. I had hope maybe some sprinkles or decorations or different colored frosting, but it was completely dead, plain as can be and certainly not worth 75 dollars. I had hoped to see my son's eyes light up seeing his favorite characters and different vibrant colors, it was just incredibly disappointing. will definitely not be returning ever
