Subway

They let you order chicken teriyaki but don't bother to inform you that they don't have any sauce *(sweet onion) until it's time you ask for it. Then made my mom feel like she had to be stuck w a sandwich that she knew wouldn't get eaten. The staff was very rude and whoever is playing like he is the manager, needs to be replaced and taught some manners. Big time. But I guess that's how wabash subway runs there store. My mom is 87 years old. And the way they got over on her was disgusting. And so much for trying to call and talk w a manager. They don't have any to run the store.

Placed order online. Was early to pick it up so sat in car while they finished. They brought the subs to the car when finished, nice. Got home and started to unwrap subs to find one that was to be toasted wasn't. They messed up a few items on the subs, added banana peppers and wrong dressing to one. Looked at the receipt and it had the subs listed as we had ordered them, exactly. It was not like they were busy. They just did them wrong.

Honestly, I’ve been there before and it wasn’t my first choice... I went in this week and I was so happy with my experience. The new manager is doing making it so much better and might I add cleaner. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The employees are also doing a better job and moving a bit faster.
