I ordered an hour ahead of time. When I got there it was not ready. She was out of whole wheat bread. Forgot the mayo. I delivered to my meeting. The bread fell apart in my clients hands. I was mortified. Seriously? Why? Made me late and the subs were not edible. We had to order pizza. Never had this happen before.
