DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!! My eleven year old son bit into an insect that was sandwiched in between the ingredients. Currently making sure he does not have an allergy to that specific insect. If you read this review and have a good guess at what the insect may be; I would appreciate your insight. When we returned to this location with the contaminated burger they quickly confiscated and said they could do nothing. McDonald’s located on Noble in Visalia is not sanitary. Please spend your money elsewhere that would be worth the food. Disgusted with the food and customer service given!

My last Visit to the Mary's Vinyard location was amazingly upsetting. A manager help me at the register and still didn't get the order right. They disabled curbside through the App. so I went in, wrong choice! They prioritized drive-thru and every person in front of me were complaining, in a loud and later understandable fashion. The guy that was immediately before me just had a drink and waited 15 min!!!! I had been waiting for 15 by this point when they asked the kitchen for the Quater Ponder on my order, their response was " we don't have quarters cooked" and a glance at me. Never go to this location... same owner at Demaree... much better management! If you have the time for a couple minutes extra... food would be worth it.

Made a grubhub order, went through three drivers and had to call the stores three times before I even got an answer. An hour passed and the third driver said they kept him waiting and they were just sitting around. They said they never received an order but I have screen shots of what I ordered, when and what store. It was sent to. The driver previously told me they have had trouble with this store so I asked for a corporate number to look into the issue because obviously something is wrong and I already contacted grubhub. The lady who said she was store manager kept telling me to get a refund and I said I did but it doesn't fix the overall issue. I ask for the corporate number many times and she refused to give it. She was short tempered, evasive and rude. Horrible service. I told her I wasn't blaming them. I just wanted to contact corporate to fix this issue. I have worked retail and fast food. I don't know why it is so hard to give a corporate number.
