Wingstop

I ordered from here on two occasions, and both were awful. The first time I ordered the 8 piece wing combo and selected for it to be cooked Well Done, however when I got my food it was very undercooked and I had severe stomach cramps and vomited several times. The second time I ordered the 6 piece boneless combo and again selected for it to be cooked Well Done, but when I started eating it, I realized the chicken was extremely pink in the center and inedible. When I tried to then eat my cheese fries, they were also still raw and I ended up profusely sick the following morning. When I called the location and spoke to a manager, I was told it was out of their hands and they couldn't do anything about it. Barely an apology or any help to make it right. Manager gave poor excuses and was very rude. Do not order from here unless you want to get salmonella or go to the hospital, if I could give zero stars I would.

Never coming back, instead of being greeted by the smell of chicken you are greeted with the smell of bad attitude. We placed a order online and everything was wrong. My niece tried to order from them a few weeks ago and the woman she spoke to was so rude that my niece ended up calling back and canceling her order, this is the same woman we spoke to today who when we called wouldnt belive that we didnt receive our full order. Everytime we go they are rude and short like us being there is a huge inconvenience. The only person I would ever suggest this place to is my arch enemy.

It is so bad, I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible, so I give you a one. Customer service is not helpful, I was given attitude when asking if they had any specials. When ordering over the phone, I was interrupted several times and decided to just cancel my order instead. When they get your order wrong, which seems to happen a lot, they don't take responsibility and act like it's the customer's fault. My arch enemy recommended this place to me, safe to say, I was hoodwinked. CURSE YOU WINGSTOP!
