The service here was not good. It took forever for anyone to take our order and the food was not good at all. Beans and rice were bland, the shrimp tasted burnt, and the sauces had little to no taste. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the atmosphere itself didn't feel like an actual restaurant, And the food was over priced. The tortillas were good and hot though.

The food was average. I was hoping to really like this place. We had tostadas de ceviche de camaron y de pescado. They were too salty. We had to mask it with hot sauce. We were on a date and didn't want to make a fuss so we tried our best to enjoy. The oysters we ordered were borderline bad, the smell was off, we got some sort of reaction to it but are not allergic to shell fish. Not sure but it was a bit off. We didnt finish them. The chips and salsa are spicy. I love a spicy salsa but expected a better salsa, flavorful not just heat. It was $48 for 2 ice teas, jarrito, two tostadas, half order osteones.

Loved this place for years hands down the absolute best Chili Rellenos I've had to date. Some people don't care for it, but in my opinion the house sauce they put on them is what makes the dish. Also love the Chicken Special!!! Family friendly, great service, and a heavy handed bartender, not much else you could ask for. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed!

I've been going to Colimas since I was 10 years old. Still the best place to dine down town. Filete Relleno, the 7 Mares, and the Levanta Muertos are my go to choices. Over all great food. Its a bit pricey though but, for the quality of taste, time and service..So worth it hands down. Place is clean, restrooms are clean. I give this place a 10 out of 10.
