Starbucks

A good place to get a bold, rich flavor coffee. Tasty, dairy free, non-coffee drinks are a chai tea latte with almond milk instead or a matcha latte with almond milk instead. These are not low sugar drinks though, but still better than something like a white mocha or Frappuccino. The picture is of a pumpkin cream cold brew (contains dairy).

Always fast and efficient! This Starbucks location like most get very busy, however, I prefer going to this location for the outstanding service and overall great experience I get here. Lastly, order online or get out of your car and walk in to order because usually the drive thru is too long of a wait.

On 1/27/22 early morning, I ordered a drink with almond milk because my body can’t tolerate regular milk. I watched one of employee making my drink. I knew it wasn’t make with almond milk because almond milk normally is in a small carton container. I saw her pour regular milk into my cup. Regular Milk is in a plastic bottle. I asked her nicely to confirm with that she made with almond milk. She lied to my face that she did make with almond milk. So, I convinced myself I was wrong, maybe she did use almond milk. One hour later after drinking the drink, I was really sick as I normally is when I drink regular milk. If the supervisor reads this review, please train your employees to be honest with customer, not lie to your customers and make them get sick.

I love Starbucks and I always have a happy and pleasant experience, but tonight I had a horrible experience they had two young kids that looked new on the floor working one named Donavyn. I don’t think they should leave new employees working alone until they have nailed customers service down the bare minimum I expect and what is great about Starbucks. It sucks when some workers provide you with poor service it refelcts poorly on the brand as a whole when you love a company. My review is solely based on this location. Disappointed ruined our night thanks.
