Cold Stone Creamery

Every time I walk into this place it’s chaotic which is completely fine if theirs good communication and good MGMT but……..yeah anyways they only listen to half of what I’m saying then they walk away and start making my order. I usually have to shout that I’m not done ordering which comes off rude I imagine but that’s the only way to get their attention. When I tell them I’m not done with what I’d like they give me the rude customer stare but like…..how’s that my fault lol. Never fails, this place sucks.

I went to cold stone about a week ago or so I wanted bring the situation I had the other day with the employees one was a manager & the other one was a employee me & my friend ordered ice cream one small & the other one Large when they rang us up the employee was like “didn’t fit in one cup” I put it in a bigger cup they charged us for 3 ice creams when we received only 2 they charged us for 3 because it didn’t fit in the small cup I don’t care make it fit I never asked for a bigger up I’m very disappointed I paid more than I was suppose too they need to hire someone who’s good at there job not someone that makes stupid mistakes

So I went to Cold Stone with my friends and all of our ice cream was melting down the sides of the cup. On top of that, I ordered the PB Dough Delight which has peanut butter and cookie dough. I have a tree nut allergy, and I told them, so the friendly worker went to the back. Another worker comes out and tells me that since my ice cream has peanut butter in it, I can’t have it. I told her that peanuts are not nuts, they are legumes, which is in the bean family. So they go back and start making it. Now every time I have been to Cold Stone (which has only been a few times), I always order something with cookie dough. And every time, they never chop up the cookie dough, which is actually round and hard. They either cut it in half or leave it whole at the bottom of the cup, and then I can’t eat it. Also the place is crazy expensive, and the trash can outside was overflowing! Really bad experience and I don’t ever want to go there again. At least in Visalia.

It was very busy and not everyone does social distancing, so be ready for it if you go here, or maybe its just because its a Sunday? I noticed that the employees who make the ice cream do NOT wear gloves, so thats not hygenic at all. The bathroom is full of chairs, and there wasn't any napkins or paper towels, so they can definitely re-stock things when low...But overall, my kids were happy with their ice cream, so if they're happy, then im happy.
