I came in to use their bathroom. It was a good experience overall. Bathroom was very clean and gender-neutral as always. I was going number 2 and somebody kept knocking on the door and trying to open it and I told them the bathroom was occupied but they kept going so I had to cut things off a little short.

This is right off Maple Ave so the drive-through is busy but ordering at the counter is quick. It is nice and quiet with outdoor seating set far away from the main road. Staff is quick and pleasant. They give you free iced water if you request it but also have beverages for purchase.

Very nice staff, always friendly even early in the morning witch can be hard to do for some people. Very clean , drive through runs pretty efficiently. Highly recommend this Starbucks better then the one in Gainsville where I live.

Honestly I am lost for words !!!! The volume of business here is unbelievable I thought I would be waiting in the drive thru for a hour! Not even close! I was in and out in less than a minute I was in complete shock from the service and window time speed the manger bri was extremely polite and persistent! Minus the lack of employees this store deserves a 10 star Honestly you will not be disappointed with the greeting and speed highly recommended for you vienna residents!!!

i this starbucks! the staff does a great job and is friendly even early in the morning. parking lot is small so best time to go is early or late before the other stores open. also easy walk in from the bike path.
i would take a star off because they no longer sell newspapers. makes a second stop necessary in the morning just to get a paper. does someone not understand a paper goes with coffee!!!!!!

Coffee of course is awesome. Staff is friendly and upbeat. Had some excitement we weren't expecting in the shape of a flash flood that flooded the store after getting about 5 inches of rain in about 15 minutes. The employees handled it rather well, gave us plastic bags to tie around our legs to keep our shoes dry as we headed out into the flood. Kudos for not panicking or anything.
