I have been here many times and I always found the staff and management to be very helpful and accommodating. Not to mention they don’t nickel and dime you like most fast food places for sauce etc ... keep up the good work KFC ! 👍

Very good service great chicken and quick. Makes McDonalds look like a restaurant you need a reservation for in terms of how long it takes to get your food. KFC is excellent in this regard. I recommend it once a week or every 2 weeks.

They do the best with the situation they are in given how long this location has been around and how badly it needs a refresh and some renovations. I think the staff here really deserve a shoutout for putting up with all the 50+yr old children they seem to always have waiting in the store complaining about not getting their fried chicken fast enough.

This Kentucky fried chicken location is one of the best on the island in my opinion. I happen to go in on a saturday midst lunch time and surprisingly at that time, it was dead but the food was cooked fresh and fast and the lady at the counter was awesome. Asked for a couple spare drinking cups and she set us up for a picnic with plates, forks and the works
Food was hot, cooked and some of the best KFC I've had in awhile... def.. worth a visit ...

The staff here seem to have customer service figured out. KFC is fairly consistent across North America, and you’ll get what you want here. But the staff will help you get more food for less if they can recommend an amended order, and just understand you and get your order right.

Great staff, funny, friendly, and great to take to overall. Food comes pretty quick at most times. Only issue I've ever had is with certain clients vulgar language even with others children present.

Whenever we have been to this KFC (and it is frequent because of my husband's chicken addiction 😂) the staff have always been amazing. By far the most kind, fun and awesome staff. If there were more stars they would deserve it.

One of the best KFC's I have ever been too. The food is delicious, not to greasy, and just the right amount of crispiness. The staff are very polite and very professional. It didn't take very long for my meal to be made.

I while waiting expirenced a sense of community in there, between the staff and customers and the customers themselves. Old friends and people just being nice and helpful... The food was good too! It's KFC, expect KFC and you won't be disappointed.

The KFC veggie burger is a hidden gem many vegetarians are unaware of. It's so good that some meat eaters will preferentially order it over the regular chicken sandwich. The workers here are abnormally friendly for a fast food place. Probably my favourite fast food joint in the Westshore.
