i come here constantly due to working nearby, and have never had a bad experience. lovely staff, and despite it being a very busy environment with lots of people i find everything is always ready very quickly. there are lots of outlets everywhere so it's a good spot to do work on your laptop.

Ordered two beverages, fast for 1 of them but the second one not so much, I had time to go through 1/2 my drink before the second one showed up !

The service here was very excellent and quicker 😊😁. The wait was about few minutes.
The Coffee ☕ here is more reasonable than the one I always get from the South Bay Area Starbucks, California.

Fairly normal Starbucks - the team here were nice and friendly, the internet connection was decent, but seemed to be a fair few odd-balls (myself included?) sitting around for hours on end.

I bought seven drinks and asked for two 4-cup trays. Once placing the second cup on the tray, I flipped the tray and spilled the first cup. The barista replaced the dring with a new one before I even asked. That is an excellent service.

Convenient location close to the inner harbour. Nice seating area with bar stools against the windows to people watch as you wait for your order. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient which is miraculous for BC, much less for downtown Victoria. Highly recommend this location.
