Absolutely disgusting. The manager and employee that made my wife’s Green goddess cobb salad should both be fired. The Avocado was rotted and the tomatoes were bad. Much of the lettuce was bad. See the pic. Do not eat here! If this is that bad imagine what else they are serving that you cant see.

I gave it another shot considering the egg white avocado breakfast was yummy and I ordered and must have accidentally hit no avocado on the app. When I called she let me know of my mistake but said the only thing she could do for me was have me come back and charge me to out avocado on it. Eben though when you take it off the original sandwhich it doesn't take any off the price. So her solution to a mix up was charging me more money for probably two tiny cuts of avocado. Go to the one on 5810 20th street. They are way more helpful and not this money hungry for money they don't get to keep anyway. 🤷🏻♀️

We usually love this location but this is the third time now that we've waited outside for our curbside order. Today we waited 30 minutes before finally going inside and it was just sitting on the counter. We kept thinking that maybe they were busy but there were only 2 customers inside... the food was correct thankfully but considering we had a hungry crying toddler waiting in the car with us, I wish we would've been paid more attention to.

Two times in a row now ordering coffee to pick up. First time order was wrong however I gave it a second chance. Two iced caramel lattes took 13min in an empty Panera, my order was the only one up on the screen, lattes were iced this time but not caramel. Not worth the $12

The food was good but the associates at the register are not friendly . We couldn’t figure out why the price was different on the self serve from the cash register and she just looked at us and was like I don’t know why there different so we just said it’s fine but there attitude almost made me change my mind and go somewhere else.

Service was real good as well as food. I'm visiting a family member, so came to grab breakfast for them. Thanks for such a good quality service.

Visited my local Panera today for lunch. Took advantage of the pick two but for some reason today it was a difficult process to get my regular sandwich as part of the meal. I did get a free chocolate pastry from my birthday which was nice. Place was clean and the food was well prepared and tasty.

I occasionally use the curbside pick up. My order is always right and the employees who bring out my order are always so nice. The only thing is I wish they enforced the curbside pick up spots to only be for people picking up. Almost every time the three spots are full with empty cars (so obviously not doing curbside pick up) so sometime the employees have a hard time finding my car since I’ve had to park elsewhere.
