I want to thank Kit, the manager at the Yukon Starbucks, for fixing a problem I had with an invalid e coupon. It made the system reload funds into a different account. Kit took my call and fixed the situation by voiding the transaction and reloading my card and even taking care of a cup of coffee. Yukon and 2nd location is by far the best Starbucks I’ve experienced. Thanks for everything, Kit!
