Had the worst day. Locked my keys inside my car with my barking neurotic dog inside about .5 miles east of this 7-11. One person tried to help me but I was unable to reach anyone because my phone was in the car. I started walking home but thought I'd try calling one more time. Thankfully the lovely alternative lady let me use her cell AND didn't bat an eye at the tears streaming down my face or the sheer panic in my voice. She didn't have to but she did anyway. Great Employee!

Was purchasing a pizza and went to use my EBT card and the clerk shook her head in disgust and snidely ask if I wanted it cooked to. In which I stopped and payed with the last gas money I had to see if that changes the way she was treating me .

I had them cook my pizza and they brought it outside to me while I was pumping gas. Give that man a pay raise. I didn't catch his name but he wears a beanie and has a mustache and gotee

Jessica was getting us some more mini tacos since they had run out. A group of people came in right after she got them from the back. She still managed to get everyone what they wanted and get us our freshly made minis in just a couple of minutes. People never post the good things that happen when they go out somewhere. It's all "it was soooo bad I had to post it" but never "it made my day that someone actually tried." So shout out to Jessica for the great mini tacos and great service. You're a doll 💜.

This store has seriously gone downhill in the last couple of months. Lottery case, typically empty, constantly running out of larger soft drink cups. The people are nice but the store is not. Been going here 11 years, never seen the level of this store get so bad 👎. Time to go elsewhere.

No public bathrooms. I know this is the "policy". But at most 7 11s they make an exception for little kids. I was with my elderly mom today. No kids and no she isn't going to be shooting up or anything. She just needed to use the bathroom. We even bought stuff there. Seriously, ridiculous that these cashiers can't use their brains and figure out on a case by case basis who can use the bathroom.

I called and asked if they had time to see if they carried a certain drink. I got a who's calling from a employee named Rebecca, very rudely. I said a customer that comes there a lot I just want to see if you carry this kind of beverage. She very rudely without hesitation MEANING she didn't check! Said no. I will not be going back to this one ever there is one in other direction just as close. BY THE WAY I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY THERE!!
