Said no lettuce twice going over order at sign but still got it. Fries barely warm its a fast food place yes but thats to get the workers moving but still needs done right so be patient at taking order listen to costumer, repeat slow back if much. Any extra like sauce do at window yes it was nice.

This Burger King has an AMAZING! Drive thru window worker - Karmela! She is so kind, attentive and cheerful! I’ve never seen such amazing customer service at a fast food establishment.
Hope this Burger King will cherish her skills and keep her. She sure is the burger queen!

Every time my husband and I go here they are out of something. This time it was BEEF. The BURGER King did not have any burgers...wow, I guess better than shutting down early altogether? This has been an issue at many Burger Kings before the pandemic so I have trouble believing its simply because of that. It's just so disappointing that every time we try them again there is always something out, for the most part we just don't go here anymore because we always end up leaving without food and going to the McDonald's next door.

Count your change! They got the order wrong, I ordered a Whopper, they tried to give me a Jr. Whopper. Also, slick cashier ( playing dumb ) tried to short change me $5. No apology for either. Several tables dirty. B.K. has gone down hill. I'm done!

They had a mixup with my sandwiches, they fixed it, and even apologized. To be noted. There was no problem with the actual food it was very hot coming out the window, and the corrected order was well made. 👌

Left me waiting at register for five minutes and then told me that the lobby was closed and walked away. I had to ask him to repeat what he said and I asked if drive-through was open and he said yes. I went to drive-through and ordered. There were three people in front of me and it still took 20 minutes to get to the window. The guy walked away from the window a couple minutes later a girl walked up open the window and said that the guy that took my order should’ve told me that they were out of hamburger patties. That was literally the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life. If the workers don’t wanna work and Burger King don’t even have a manager there and secondly don’t even have food there why even be open? I will never be back

I was the 3rd car in line (1 at the screen, 1 already waiting), it took me literally 10 minutes to be able to pull up to the order screen. I was still told to wait to place my order.... until the car in front of me had left the window. Finally place my order, pull up, cashier takes my card, then starts filling my drinks. After taking their sweet time with my drinks and then having me wait there for a bit, they tell me my food is going to be a few minutes, please pull around..... ok fine.... 4-5min pass after I park before they get my food out to me. All in all it took me a total of 23 minutes to get 4 whoppers, 4 small fry, and 4 sodas.... we're it busy I would totally get it. But again, I was the 3rd car in line, that will be the last time I stop by this BK.

Spicy chicken was soggy and the bacon cheeseburger tasted like it as crafted from burlap. Fries were good though.
