Burger King

When I pull in the Drive-Thru I asked if there's anything I can get that's not meat, they say no you need to eat meat here or just pay 8 bucks for non meat whopper, I even asked for a substitution and they wouldn't even do that. The staff was friendly so I'm going to say that's one good thing. But after she talked to the manager it was all bad news from there. I will never come to this Burger King again thumbs down. Only eat here if you like meat if you're a vegetarian don't even bother stopping.

This Burger King is low on staff. Looking for a job?? They’re hiring! The manager that was there was doing anything he could to make the customers happy. I was so impressed with his passion for people, I took a photo of him 😁 The food was hot and fresh. It was busy in the drive thru, inside where I was was just 4 people. Worth parking to get my order quicker.

I realize that almost every restaurant is understaffed, these days. However, you must realize, that the new normal, isn't normal at all. 20 years ago, if I craved Taco Bell, I would "run for the border." If I had a Big Mac attack; It would be delicious. Fries, fried in beef fat, a Big Mac, that was actually Big. Twice the size. Yet, the single selling point, that trumped them all, was the flame broiler. B.K., smelled like a B.B.Q. All day, long the broiler, broiled. Luring, customers .from competitors.Now everything is cold,and old. Almost, inedible. When exactly do you "broil" food? Inedible garbage.

Poor customer service. I don’t write to many reviews but this one couldn’t slide. Waited 25 minutes probably a lot longer in the lobby for the Food, my co worker got done eating and we continued to wait. After cashier asked for my order a second time and I still trying to be patient, I waited longer and longer. Finally decided to ask for a refund to only find out, (no one there knows how to do a refund). And watching the employees dance around not knowing anything, I guess the food had been sitting in a bag for some time! I just excepted the food walked out and order was not only cold but wrong. Do not waist your money at this location. It’s not the first time I’ve seen or had issues here.

It's a pretty decent Burger King, faster than usual from my experience, maybe because they tend not to have a lot of customers, even during lunch time. The service was good, the employee helping me was pretty nice, and the food's quality was better than average, as in my chicken was not burned like it tends to be at other establishments, and they gave me good serving size for my onion rings.

The worst BK location in the area. I've been here several times in the past few months and each time was the same; multiple mistakes with the order, incorrect/missing items, old and cold food. The tomatoes and lettuce were consistently limp and watery. The buns are one of the biggest problems. Even if the burger is made correctly, if the bun tastes old, stale, and nearly moldy, it ruins the entire burger.

I just sat in line for 25 minutes. No way out so we sat there. I thought maybe there was a trafic accident in the drive through. The lady handed me the food and just shut the window. No thank you or sorry for the wait. The poppers must of popped in the fryer. There was nothing in them. The soda was flat and there wasnt one piece of ice in it. Like it had been sitting around on the counter. The whopper was disgusting. The only thing that was edible was the fries. I wont ever eat there again.
