whoever works there lately is just one girl and she is extremely slow and talks to her friends making it slower the last two times ive been. had to leave this time because it would have been closed by the tome i ordered. only two people in front of me too….

The service was really nice and pretty fast considering there was only one worker, I felt a bit bad but she did great and the drinks were also really good

Tenaya took care of my order I asked for hot cocoa but for it to be yummy 😋 she succeeded and I loved my cocoa it was perfect! Thank you Tenaya!

Autumn was very rude, and upon ordering my regular drink, I was informed that starbucks does not in fact have a blond or light roast. Perhaps this location does not carry the light roast, but to tell a customer their daily drink does not exist is poor customer service. It seemed to have greatly inconvenienced Autumn to have to make my drink, even though there were no other patrons in sight.
