Mod Pizza

Wow this place rocks...I love that you can pick and choose your toppings and how much.. its the subway of pizza where you don't have to pay per topping and or amount.. will definitely recommend this shop its my new favorite pizza shop.. wish they had one in my home town... I will definitely be going here every time I in town... and it's stone cooked thin crust... AWESOME 👌👏👍

Food is good when they remember everything. This location must have new people hired on frequently. They consistently forget toppings. Have forgotten desserts. Forgotten requested sauces. We have called and never received a credit as promised. Called corporate and they didn't offer credit either and said they'd pass it along to the store. They obviously don't care to fix this problem. My mother is bed bound and i care for her. We only order once in a while and probably won't anymore. Mod pizza used to be her favorite when she could go pick up the food herself, but now we just get disappointed and have learned our lesson.

Horrible customer service. Called my order in and when I got there I waited 20 minutes past my pick up time just to realize they had my pizza sitting there the entire time but they told me it wasn’t ready. When I asked the girl where it was she just looked at me with a blank stare and walked away. So I asked another person and he found them but would not warm them back up. I think the entire staff was stoned. Literally. First time I have had a bad experience at a Mod pizza. At least when other ones are late on the pick up they compensate with a free drink or pizza or an apology. These guys guys could care a less about happy customers. Made me feel like I was bothering them. Horrible attitudes. First and last time I go there

This location was swamped tonight, as it is Mother's day. The crew here was a well oiled machine. Although they were far behind getting orders out, they worked quickly and efficiently. A.J. and Rose at the carry out station were beyond impressive. As was the guy pulling pies from the oven. Sorry, I didn't get his name. They are truly the type of employees any company would be proud to have on their team.

Good experience! A sort of chipotle/subway make your own pizza. The topping are all unlimited and no extra charges, paid 10$ after tax for a self pizza that filled me up even without meat( was a Veggy/margarita style pizza). Everything was fresh, fast and very friendly service. Only draw back is one of the 10$ pizza would definitely only be a snack for two people eating, but I believe they had a larger size that would be better for two people to share.
