Starbucks

I come thru here and get the venti caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch at least 4 times a week. And I kid you not it’s hit or miss what I’ll get. Sometimes no extra at all and sometimes extra caramel and no crunch or Vice versa. It’s ridiculous if I did my job by these standards I’d be out of a job. I normally don’t post about these kinda things but I feel like when you’re paying almost 15$ for 2 coffees they should be on point 90% of the time. It’s more like 20% here. Sadly I think I’m I’m done with Starbucks the prices have only went up and the quality has went down.

Usually the Starbucks that I’ve gone to have always had protein boxes that are always fresh. I started coming to this one for convenience and location. However after two stops, I’ll never come again. My first stop I got a protein box and immediately got food poisoning. My second time this is what I received after giving them the be benefit of the doubt.. DO NOT GET THEIR FOOD!!

Since Kerri has left, the place has gone downhill. Yesterday I went in and ordered my usual drink, venti white chocolate mocha, blonde , triple shot with raspberry. I picked it up when it was done….. nasty. It wasn’t what I ordered. I took it back and reordered it a second time. It was worse. The young man barista should be sent back for more training. I then drive to another neighborhood Starbucks and they made my drink perfectly, the way I always have it. I’m here again this morning.

I just wanna say. I appreciate the baristas in this store so much! For some reason Starbucks app/vouchers fails me every time I'm trying to redeem something 😩. But the baristas go above and beyond just to make sure I leave the premise happy (today and on my birthday). I love visiting this store everytime I have an errand to run. It's convenient and the staff are so nice and just have a really good vibe! You guys rock!

I have been a Starbucks corporate store customer since 1994. I have stopped going to stores because they routinely make the drink wrong and have an extremely rude attitude when you ask for a remake. Then they are surprised when they don’t get a tip. I go to Starbucks kiosks in grocery stores and they make the drink perfectly every time for the last 10 years!!! I go to Peet’s and the coffee is consistently great and the matcha latte doesn’t have extra sugar. Peet’s always makes the drink right and acts like they appreciate your business. A coworker told me that she was going through a drive thru at a Starbucks store and was banned for throwing a napkin out of her car. She tried to explain that she doesn’t normally litter, but she saw a spider in her car and used the napkin to kill it and impulsively threw it out the window. The store manager, Kerri, refused to accept her explanation and apology and refused to reverse the ban. She had 3 coworkers in the car who were in disbelief and used their cellphones to video what happened. Starbucks lost them as customers and they tell everyone that they know and writes a lot of negative online reviews.

So fast it's bananas. I did the thing. Like I ordered 5 drinks on the mobile app from the parking lot, then went inside like a minute later. I was expecting to hang out for like 10 minutes, I was gonna check my email.. no, ya'll they smashed out 5 pumpkin spice lattes in like 3 minutes. They didn't have to, I didn't ask, I was so cool with waiting. Bruh they are fast. Go here. Plus there's the added fun of the parking lot where it's a lawless arena of angry drivers. 👍 9/10 parking lot.

This is a great place to meet with someone and have a conversation. The music was quite and was a nice, chill, non-distracting style that didn't detract from our conversation. It was also in a nice location that was far enough from the highway that you didn't hear the cars. The one downside was that parking is quite difficult to get into and to find an opening.
