Starbucks

The Starbucks corporate store employees, at 918 SE 164th Ave Vancouver Washington 98683, really know how to harsh a customer’s bliss. I was there a couple of Sundays ago in a hurry to pick up the drink that I ordered with the app. The parking lot was empty in front of the dentist’s office that was closed so I parked my car perpendicular to the parking spaces in front of the dentist’s office. Starbucks parking area only had 3 cars in it with room for 12 more cars. I was in and out of the Starbucks in 2 minutes. A barista followed me out of the store to tell me that I parked in a way that interfered with their ability to do business that day - Nonsense! He also criticized me for using 4 napkins instead of just one napkin. With Starbucks ending the vaccine mandate I am done with Starbucks. The Starbucks baristas make drinks wrong over 50% of the time and give attitude when you ask for a remake. I go to Starbucks kiosks in grocery stores and have NEVER had a problem. Peet’s coffee and drinks are higher quality and they are nice, friendly and act like they appreciate your business.

Outside right now at 7:12 PM store hours say open till 8; the drive through said it was closed. I came up front and the store posted 1 un-dated piece of paper saying they have chosen to close at 4pm due to winter weather; a notice in the drive through would have been nice. There's no snow on the ground, the roads are fine. I've been to this location a few times; every time i have been disappointed. First time they didnt give me a straw for my smoothie, the second time, they almost forgot my straw again; i had to remind them, and was given a bit of attitude for ordering something that you no longer carry (pokemon go frap, you discontinued blackberries) now tonight after a long day of work, looking for something warm to drink and use a gift-card; I've done nothing but waste my time, as well as the other persons time that i just saw pull through the drive through looking just as dissapointed as i was.
