Starbucks

Let me start by saying I go to Starbucks everyday. I often go to the one downtown, the winder heights Hyvee Starbucks and the one on Merle hay. I came into this one asking for my regular, 2 grande salted cream cold foam nitros inside a Trenta cup and I pay for 2 grandes every time because I know they can’t do a bigger size. The girl told me she was not aloud to put two grande nitros in a Trenta, which I thought was odd but whatever. So I asked for a Trenta cold brew instead with no water and no ice. She then said she had to put water in it. I took the drink because I wasn’t going to argue over a drink but this is the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I saw she was about to put ice in it so I asked once again for no ice. She rolled her eyes at me and said “k”. The drink was gross and completely watered down. I ended up throwing it away after a few sips.
