Bob Evans

Colleen was amazing! Food was great, fruit was fresh and nice and cold, everything supposed to be hot came out hot and everything supposed to be cold came out cold. A great stop on our forever long road trip! We'll remember to stop by earlier than what we realized at the end of the meal was around closing time. 😅

Service was awful. Never checked on us. Sat with empty cup for a while. Finally go food and it was luke warm. My daughter's mac n cheese was luke warm on the top and warm on the bottom. The potatoes looked like they had been sitting in a heat lamp. The server never bothered to check on us. We just ate it. Drink was empty again. Went to check out and the person behind the counter was the only one to ask how our meal was. Then she rolled her eyes when I said I didn't want anything taken off my bill because it wasn't the company's fault, it was the servers. We paid and left. We got dessert elsewhere and we won't be back. Sad. They were dead even.

Stopped here on way to Toledo.carryout order.hostess very nice and helpful but******** my order of fish cod was undercooked was driving and realized this called restaurant told them what was wrong told me to bring it back for a fresh one but was already too far down the road missed the exit coming back to Columbus Bob Evans has great food next time I'm that way will stop and get my meal.everyobe can make a mistake. I will continue to eat at Bob Evans for their great food

I'm not faulting anyone that evening especially when there's only one cook and a few servers, and the greeter at the door was kind. I didn't stay the wait was 30 to 35 minutes which ended up being an hour. I know these restaurants are having trouble trying to hired good help and it's kind of hard in these days and time.

Not sure who the cook is but last few times my food tasted terrible they are so rude there and that kitchen help don’t look appealing and they just look like they just got of bed and went to work ! Cook had greasy hair ! Our waitress look discussed that day ! I know it’s hard to get good help anymore but you could look presentable and have your hair combed showered don’t cost much for a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo ! I will just give my business to the Corner inn uptown UpperSandusky they are polite nice and the food is hot and delicious the help is always dress nicely!
