Stopped in here while visiting family. Fabulous atmosphere and great staff!! Special mention to Thomas who seemed very up to date on food safety and was happy to help me navigate the menu to suit my dietary requirements. We will definitely be back when we are next over to see family!!

So worth a visit. Cracking bar staff so very friendly. Always really welcoming every time I visit. Great place to watch football and a great place for banter with staff and customers. Always great live music and great food. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks all

The Junction is my go to pub in Upminster high street and the reason for this is simply the “staff” who work incredibly hard everyday to make my experience as well as my family/friends the best it can be, nothing is ever to much trouble and always delivered with a smile! Massive Thankyou to Scott/Tom the managers and the entire crew Chris, Ciaran, Sarah, Sam and Des. The staff help each other out and step up as I recently saw with Sarah staying late not complaining and covering her piers efficiently. These guys don’t just turn up to work and clock watch they innovate and care , greene king you’re lucky to have them Bosch !

I can’t give 6 stars sadly, the team are just incredible, I’ve worked in service all my life and when I say they surpass expectation, it’s an understatement. Always a great experience.

Had couple of drinks. Lovely staff there, Sarah, Tom, Kieran and others. Music was bit loud for me but that's just my opinion
