Subway

My experience at this subway was great. I was helped by Lucy who provided great customer service and made a delicious meat ball sub. She is such a beautiful soul and is the back bone of customer service! I will forever be going to subway because of that terrific young lady. Lucy from subway, if you see this, Thank you for changing my life. :)

I told a employee that someone had removed there mask and sampled several flavored drinks at the fountain and suggested they clean it. He was annoyed looking reluctantly agreed and then began whispering with the girl working next to him. I left feeling the employees could not offer me a sanitary lunch. I called and asked for a manager to speak with and was informed managers don't work weekends at Subway

After a six day work week this week with no time for lunch or dinner Monday , I stoped by Albertsons and did my parents grocery shopping on my way home. I Stopped by subway at 8:55pm to grab a quick sandwich. Upon entering the store I viewed a customer placing a sub order, mask down around her chin telling the kid behind the counter what to put on the sub. As I approached they both looked at me and the kid informed me they were closed. I Still had 5 more minutes before closing... in any case it sure would have made my day to have him take an extra 5 minutes to let me get a sub for dinner. A little extra customer service goes a long way, I would have really appreciated it. Subway in Claremont was open till 10, finally got something to eat.
