Panera Bread

Paid extra for Madagascar vanilla syrup in my coffee but young lady at counter had a nasty attitude when I asked her to add the syrup I paid extra for. Secondly I paid for sausage, egg and cheese on brioche but by the time I left and was half way eating the sandwich I realized there was no sausage included (see picture attached)😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫. The whole experience at that specific Starbucks location really sucked.

Never thought my first impressions of panera would be good like I always heard it being overpriced but honestly I didnt find it over price and my all time favorite dish here is broccoli cheddar soup (: dipping chips in it tasted too good. The environment was very clean and very in order. I also enjoyed that you didnt have to speak to anyone to order lol

The food is delicious here. My son and I love their turkey chili and I also enjoy the Asian chicken salad. Carlos, the manager that worked Saturday night, 5/7/22 was very professional and courteous. My son and I enjoyed our food while watching the last two episodes of "Moon Knight". What a way to end the night after my son's Championship Basketball game. Oh yeah! 👏👍🏆⭐🏀

First and last time ever trying Panera Bread. I only got 3 of the items on my bill... 2 pizzas and a side of Mac and cheese. I paid an extra 2.44 cents afterwards to get the bread bowl which I thought was what I ordered, turns out it wasn't. I was so fixated on fixing that mistake that when I got home and had no orange sconce and zero salads... I decided to call the store. After giving the manager my order number which he couldn't find for some reason I was told to come back the next day and talk to the manager who was there when I ordered and see if he can figure what happened. I am of course not going to do all of that but could have gone my entire life and not wasted the time and energy I did trying out this place. Heavy police presence in the area and I felt like a spectacle on display when I was walking around in there. So much staring... I just didn't like the vibe. Won't be going back

I must say, I was a bit shocked at the delivery service they use, Door Dash. They have continued to let me down in all aspects of delivery service! I am leaving 5 stars because of the Management at this location. I had a problem waiting for my food so long and the Manager stepped in and made it right. No questions asked or attitude. I will recommend this location to anyone in the Union / Hillside area. I will absolutely keep buying their food. BTW, I had the 2 Flat Breads, and 2 Salad combo. The Greek Salad is AMAZING!!

I order from here regularly. It's the only place to get a decent soup around while at work. I stood in this location on 2 maybe 3 occasions for over 40 munites which is insanely redicilous. Every so often I'll add croutons or cheese to my salad and NEVER get them... if there were a better place for soup I'd go to there!
