SmashBurger corporate headquarters needs to be ashamed of themselves for hiring the delinquent employees who were responsible for this Doordash order. The nerve to overcharge me and NOT receiving anything I requested!
A single patty given when I ordered a double on one sandwich, and no bacon or bbq sauce on the other sandwich ordered!
I will be following up on this!

Tonight was a very poor experience. When I arrived a little before 8pm, they had a note on the door saying that they couldn’t take any more customers at that particular moment.
Secondly, after my order was placed the wait was over an hour...
Lastly, the food was not even hot😭The chicken tenders were not hot and too hard to enjoy. The burgers were all over cooked, and all of the French fries were too hard to enjoy... This food and experience tonight was Really disappointing!!

One of the Best Burgers Restaurants 🍔 I've ever been at. The food 😋 is so fresh and well cook . Every thing was fresh, lettuce,tomatoes,onions etc. And the service was good Two Thumbs up!!👍👍

The staff was friendly but they did not honor my rewards points but took they points anyway stating they system was down. Also, my sweet potato fries were ice cold. i had to reheat them once I got home.

Burgers and fries are good so many options just wish they had different size for fries and milkshakes because sometimes my fries barely be full and milkshakes sometimes don't be full just have a lot of whip cream but overall food is good!
