Calling for a refund in the in the morning. It's swimming in grease, there's so much of it the skin has peeled off, waited 20 min at the window with a simple order. No gravy with the potatoes. The whole meal was a waste. It's burnt and I'm extremely disappointed. How disgusting.

Horrible. If i could leave zero stars I would.
Ordered 8 PC, 1/2 original, 1/2 extra crispy with 2 sides. Received NO sides, chicken was neither extra crispy OR original, biscuits were dry and obviously old, not fresh. Ripped me off as the bill was $25. Will never go back again, the last time i went here (5 yrs ago) the chicken was burnt! This is not the KFC i grew up with. The staff tonight looked like they were on drugs, and a sign on the window said they can only take credit cards, prob because the staff aren't trustworthy enough to handle cash! Do not go here for a good deal or good food. What a rip off.

Poor customer service. Employees are too busy on their phones and let customers wait 15-20 minutes without even ACKNOWLEDGING they exist at the counter to order. The wait for food is way too long. They never have chicken ready. Ex: no chicken patties, bone in chicken or chicken strips. Not acceptable and I do not recommend!

Probably the worse fast food location in Tyler. Lobby always closed always out of something. They never have but just one or 2 people running the whole kitchen Hey owner raise your workers wages and maybe this place won’t go out of business.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The chicken was hot and delicious as were our sides of green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. If this review was helpful, please "like" it.

Tried to pick up orders here several times but always have to cancel them or wait extremely long. Everytime they claim to barely have gotten the order. Literally worst restaurant in tyler

Horrible. I walked in to pick up a mobile order and stood at the counter for at least 5-10 mins nobody came to see what i wanted.
Went through the drive-thru to get it got to the window and my order wasnt even ready yet bcuz i didnt go through the soeaker.
Th WHOLE POINT of ordering ONLINE was so i didnt have to WAIT

A bit under-staffed and the store could use some cleaning but the service was excellent as well as the food.
