I ordered on the app. Paid for extra cheese and meat but did not get it. When I called, the lady said the receipt did not say extra cheese and meat when it clearly did. Then she said "bring back the sandwich and I'll put more cheese on it" instead of offering to remake. No thanks. I won't order over the app anymore and expect for it to be right.

Worst Subway experience ever. Been to many rural gas station Subways that turn out a better product. I feel robbed out of $9.

So...today I go in for lunch like normal.. .it was a little more busier than usual. I ordered my food and a treat for later....the girl literally rolled her eyes at having to make a Hand spun milkshake. This tiny thing is what I paid $4.99 for...no I did not say a word. There was too many people in line...so here is my complaint

Okay I just have to say this place was great. It was the people behind the counter that made this fun. Busy, yes, but they took it in stride, engaged with customers, and the food was fantastic! Seriously it was just fun being here. You guys are awesome and I will be back!
