Waited 15 minutes in the pick-up lanes for our order. The McRib was really good, so it was worth the wait.

This McDonald's has one of the nicest outside eating areas. Has some shading, is fenced in, and is pretty pleasant. Until the kids start playing in the play structure, and then it gets a little loud.

This MacDonald location is good. Have outdoor seating and the price is slightly cheaper than the MacDonald in Irvine.

Vivian was so helpful with her smile and being professional in work she is young i think new hire even when her team asked her to do 2-3 tasks at the same time she still on it

As much as I hate to say it the service that we get at McDonald's is not that great. I don't know if it's management doesn't teach their employees how to say please and thank you or if it's just the quality of the people they hire. Their food is the same as it was 15 years ago so there's nothing new there. But it would be nice for them to take customer service to the next level like some of their competitors.

The only issue I had was I ordered for dine in and got take out service. As other people that ordered after me got dine in. I was disappointed in the service for that
