Wingstop

Employees were friendly and busy. I asked a lot of questions about the different fries and sides. The young man was able to answer some of them. After ordering, I was told the wait would be about 30 min. I chose to wait in a provided chair. My food was ready in about 20 or 25 min.The wings, rubs, sauces and dips were good to very good. The fries were not explained correctly or were made incorrectly. They had something spicy on them and ended up in the trash. I don't feel the food was worth the wait and price.

Terrible. Ordered via the app when I was 25 minutes away, made sure to specify that I wanted all flats. The app said my order would be ready in 19-20 minutes. Cool. Got there and was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I went back to my car, waited 10 minutes went back, was told it would be another 10 minutes. Came back and sat in the restaurant for another 5 minutes before finally receiving my order. Got in my car and it was mostly drums with barely any seasoning. The only reason I didn't go back is because I was already running late for an appointment. Disappointed and absolutely will not be back Thankfully the Wingstop near my home can follow simple directions.

Caution...Came here at 1130am hoping for the best wings since it was early.... but the fries were a dark brown from dirty oil. The wings were in a puddle of oil also which is ridiculous. They messed up on an order and it wasn't even busy. They were very unprofessional cussing out loud and the managers just sat on there personal phones. The tables were dirty and I know I was the first dine-in person of the day. The floor looked like it has mold on it as if they haven't mopped in a month.

Where do I start? I was told a 20 minute wait, waited 40 minutes and thats AFTER having to ask the ONE employee in the kitchen where my food was. I witnessed 2 other employees horse playing near the bathroom and the 4th was out of sight. By the time I did get my food and sat down to un-bag my dine in order, I didn't feel like complaining about the fact that my order was completely wrong. Fries weren't well done, no extra fry seasoning, and then my wing flavors were split up wrong. Very frustrating experience.

Food was not bad. The service was slow, the tables not wiped, and the music was too loud and sucked. I mean techno noise with idiotic lyrics. I like most music, rock, rap, country, soul, but this garbage appeals to the employees but gibberish at a ten on the volume doesn't make for a pleasant lunch. 20 minutes for chicken when we were only customers? Geezus....
