Riverview Buffet

We went here on accident because we thought we were booking another casino. When we got there is felt like a ghost town. Not a lot of people there and everything smelled like cigarettes. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I give the hotel 4 stars because of the staff. The room was okay. Unfortunately their suites aren’t smoke free so the smell was a little overwhelming. The style of the hotel is old and needs a nice update. The casino was very disappointing. Nobody was there and the table games were not open. The only restaurant open was the Celebrity Grille. I was disappointed so we tried out Horseshoe. They were slammed with people at the casino and had 4 restaurants open. Their Chinese restaurant was delicious. It’s unfortunate Hollywood doesn’t have more people at the casino because I believe it could be nice.

I had the worst meal I have ever had at the Fairbanks Steak House. The Fairbanks use to be a one of the best Steakhouses in Tunica and now it is absolutely the worst. The wait staff were absolutely kind and aggressively focused on great customer service however it was evident that the restaurant is woefully understaffed. The menu choices are extremely limited and the quality of the meat is poor.
