I should have taken a photo, it came in an adorable starfish bowl topped with fresh fruit. My husband and my parents had the protein pancake which they loved. When it came out it didn't look as though it was a lot of food but it ended up being the perfect amount. My husband and mother decided to get the pancake topped with nutella and fruit. My father decided to do the vanilla pancake. It isn't a traditional pancake, its more like a delicious oatcake, but we loved the end result. The pancake is filling but still healthy. This is one of our favorite spots in Tulum, we will definitely be back again next time for breakfast. There is cold AC inside, its clean, and the food is reasonably priced but still delicious and healthy. It can be a little difficult to find, park your car and walk into the area where the restaurants are. You'll be happy you ate there!
