Bobby might have the best dough in Tulsa. Nice and thin with a cracker crisp base and an amazing chew. My first time in and I snagged a white Swamp Thing. Amazing flavor, fantastic white sauce, and well topped. I also grabbed spicy sticks, which were very tasty. Bobby himself was working and it was neat to talk with him. The place boasts a ton of indoor seating with a garage door if weather is nice. Pricing is a bit higher than I typically expect for pizza, though the quality of everything means I probably will return.

THE best gluten and dairy free vegan option I've had in my years of searching. Hands down. Let's start with the options. A choice of size, crust, sauce, and cheese startthe experience off right. Then they offer tons of typical and specialty toppings, making it a true custom order. The finishes and sauces are what drive it home. But then there's the taste. Absolutely heavenly. The crust has the perfect thickness and crisp. Opted for the vegan cheese and it was layered with my veggies perfectly. I'd been told that this place gets it right. So gracious to have stopped in and got way more than I bargained for.

My husband and I were just there on January 1st during our visit to Tulsa. I was so pleased to see they have a dedicated gluten free kitchen because I have celiac disease. They also have vegan cheese and meat options. We got to talk to Bobby and he suggested a pizza for me. I believe it's called the Route 66 something. It has beets on it and he veganized it and it put it on a gluten free crust. Oh my, it was so delicious! He even gave me two bonus slices of his gluten free vegan cheese pizza. He was so nice and helpful. My husband is not a vegan and can eat gluten, so he had a slice of a meat pizza on a conventional crust. We both loved our meals! The building is really cool. He said it was a converted brake repair shop. It has a very industrial vibe. We are definitely going to come back the next time we're in Tulsa and recommend it to everyone! In the whole time we've known each other, this is the first time my husband and I were able to go out for pizza together. Thank you, Bobby!

A wonderful place with a great vibe. When we went is was not too busy so we got a lil tour, the owner sat down with us and shared his story which you really felt that connection when some one truely cares about their craft. I really enjoyed hearing about his ideas for different pizza combinations. The pizza and salad we had were so fresh, the personal connection, and the amazing environment were the reason I can't wait to come back. They even specialize in making gluten free food so you can get your pizza gluten free if you need, in the same amount if time a normal pie would come out so I love that he caters to eveyone.

This amazing new find isn't as new as I thought it was. Bobby O's has been here since December last year and is sporting the best and most pure Celiac friendly Pizza in Tulsa and get this...You can get you a piece BY THE SLICE! This adorable pizza joint sports its own gluten free kitchen and pizza chef! And on demand topping choices FTW!
