Absolutely ridiculous. Why is this location closed at 10 pm on a Friday and why was the lobby closed at 9 am on a Tuesday morning. Just disgusting. If you don’t want to serve the public just close down. Also, turn that McDonald’s light if you are closed, and stop giving old French fries. I had to drive all the way to Lilburn to find another location open. I’m never coming here again. Yesterday was the last straw!!!

We bought two ice creams and received one spoon in the drive through. I went inside and was frankly ignored for about 5 minutes (they were focusing on the drive through.) when I finally got their attention and asked for a spoon they handed me a stirring straw instead. I heard them whisper something about not having spoons but tell me that instead of being confusing. The ice cream was regular McDonald’s quality.

I’m gonna copy and paste the same message I sent to corporate: 30 minutes. It took this location 30 minutes to complete my order. All I ordered were fries and a chicken sandwich. When I went inside, I noticed food already prepared that was still sitting in the kitchen and not being bagged for customers. The front clerk lied repeatedly about them getting my order ready. (Why am I even saying it was 30 minutes... after 45 minutes of waiting, I never received my meal.) I have given this location multiple chances, and its the same poor customer service on every visit. There are too many young people looking for a job who have better skill sets, stronger cognitive function, and basic respect for these current employees to still be allowed to serve customers. This location needs new management, ASAP.

Some of worst, rudest customer service I have EVER experienced. Everyone at the counter looked equally shocked at the lack of politeness and professionalism from the staff, as well as their inability to help. People were being treated like they were an inconvenience and annoyance. I could understand if customers were being rude, but I can honestly say that no one was. It blew my mind. I can't imagine the owner of that particular McDonald's knows what is going on there. These people represent this business for them when they are not there, and they are giving the owner and location a bad name. Also, the food we received smelled off, so we didn't eat it. For the first time in my life, I called a corporate office to file a complaint, which honestly I feel like will make no difference at all. I will update further if any thing is done about it.

Girl with dreads in drive thru was on her phone and told me $12 when my order was $2 lol. I asked her to repeat the total and she looked at me like I’m dumb and continued to use her phone. I watched her attitude with the person in-front I’m of me and behind me. If you are so unhappy with your job why not just stay home? People who leave reviews about this place are accurate to the dot. While getting food on your brake you don’t want to put up with a lazy employees attitude. Worst location by far.

I hate this McDonald’s with a passion. I keep giving it chances and tonight was the last straw. Ordered a large Big Mac meal and a hot fudge sundae. Got a medium drink and the chick had to switch out my fries. The fries weren’t even hot when I grabbed one. Luke warm at best and I took photos of the most pitiful sundae I’ve ever seen. Some of this is on the employees and some is their training but this is just bs. Also took 15-20 minutes to get my food in the drive through with 2 cars in front of me. They are slow, your food is never up to par and just terrible customer service. Please don’t waste your money here.
