First time eating at 5 guys. No thanks. Picture is of a cheese burger and a bacon cheese burger with fries. Some of the burger edges were crunchy. And the fries were to oily. Attitude of the employees. Hurry up and order. Here's your food bye!

$30 for a smaller burger and 2 regulars, I like 5 guys but can’t help to always feel that when I go (maybe 2-3x a year) that the quality isn’t worth the cost. The buns are always smoothed and soggy, cheese isn’t melted and you can tell they throw it together with no effort. I hate to say that, but I would go so much more often if the burgers were as good as they should be for $10+.. service is always good, I will say that and the meat itself is decent.

My son and I ate there for the first time tonight. I gave it 2 stars because he liked it but I certainly did not. The fries were burnt and oily. The quality of the burgers loaf could not hold up to all they packed in the middle and so were sloppy. And the taste.. a good Big mack taste better. So to sum it up I'd say that they were way overpriced not worth the trip.

My first time this place out. A waste of 54 dollars. The fries is trash and the burger was alright. However this hot dog that you see in this picture👎🏽, they just need to take it off their menu. Couldn’t even make a hot dog right. I also told her no onions. It’s cool, I won’t be back.

Got a cheeseburger (double patty) and large fries. It's a typical Five Guys experience: it's fresh, pretty fast, and it's good. Personally, I think it's overpriced, but I made a conscious decision to eat there anyways, knowing that I'd pay $18 for the food for JUST MYSELF.
If you're budget conscious, this isn't the best place to be, but when you need to surrender to your appetite (and I was *hangry*), you can't go wrong here.

It's five guys ever not 5 stars? This place has great burgers, the yummiest fries, the best service, and just really is all around awesome! This is my daughter's favorite budget spot ♥️

Customer service was excellent they did make my order wrong however it was happily corrected. Speaking with the manager D Smith I see why he is fantastic and has a wonderful crew. Shout out to the tall slim guy with the beard he remade my food and was nice to look at. 😊 Yay

Tonight went to 5 guys at about 9:30 thinking that they closed at 10pm. Not sure of the gentleman that was cooking but he unlocked the door and told us to come in. From the looks of it, seems that they were shutting down but he still took our order. The young lady that took our order, Namoni, though you could probably imagine that she was ready to go home still took our order and did so with a smile which is totally the reason I give this experience a 5 star. The slim chick that was doing fries had an awful attitude and even swap words with another female customer that came in to get fries. Thank you to the gentleman that was cooking and Naomi for exemplifying amazing customer service skills. As for the the slim younger lady, she could really use some customer service training.
