I would have to admit there is a smooth transition from breakfast to lunch everyday. Rather it is rather your cheese is melted on your Burger or not...... Customer service gets 4 stars because they were so polite but yet forgot to give me my drink. Lol exclamation explanation point good place to go for lunch while lines are never too busy. Have it your way

Rook our order then said sorry I can't take an order that big, we had 4 people in the car and ordered 6 sandwiches..... that didn't seem to excessive to me, we went across the street to taco bell where they were happy to take our order and they even included most of what we paid for.... slim pickins in this little town

I originally rated this location 5 stars... Boy how things change. Went a bit after 11pm, sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting on food, didnt get our McFlury, pulled up to the door and knocked. Was told i would have to go back through the drive through (now out of the parking lot into the road) to get an item that was presumably already made and ready. When I pressed for my item I was told it was against policy to bring me my missing item. Will not return to this location, which is unfortunate as they are the only 24 hour fast food option nearby. Oh well.

Today was my worst experience at this location. YET....the food is still the FRESHEST, the place is still the CLEANEST, and the employees are still serving up my food with a SMILE! :) This is like my 5th trip here (or more?), and it has been 5-stars EVERY single time! These folks are raising the bar and I really wish all of my restaurant experiences were as good as these times! It doesn’t matter if I get something off the deals menu, or if I get a whole meal with upgraded size and drink - they still serve it with a smile and it’s always fresh. Thanks you all! It sounds corny, but it really makes my day stopping by this location! You’re all doing an awesome job and I hope the franchisee or manager or whoever shares this with you! Happy New Year!

I had an order online yestersay (February 15th) for shamrock shakes, went in and was told but a manager named MO that they didn't have them, but I could come back the next day(February 16th) and he would be able to give them to me. I went over on the 16th, called in since the lobby was closed and talked to the manager on shift. I told her what MO had told me and she said she could not honor it as MO had not told her or written anything down about it. She would not listen to me at all. My dad tried to call to get her name and a regional number, she got very defensive and hung up on him. She would not answer out phone calls after that. This is very ridiculous behavior and frustrating that I will now have to go back for the third time on the 18th when MO is apparently there. It is shameful that she is even a manager considering her immediate attitude towards me and my father. We are very upset over this. Ridiculous.
