Dunkin'

I came in today and ordered a chocolate stout cold brew as is the special product at this time advertised on their screens inside. However, it wasn't even close to how its supposed to be. No cold foam, just thrown together like an ice coffee. There was a puddle of mocha syrup on the bottom before I stirred it. The label shows that they heard what I ordered and couldn't manage to make it correctly.

So glad this isn't my local Dunkin' anymore. The staff literally made my and my husband's drinks wrong every. Single. Time. (And they're not complicated to make! Just iced lattes with plain liquid cane sugar). Staff is not friendly and also never wear masks properly. Even if you're the only one there it will take them several minutes to make your order.

The woman at the front hears my order incorrectly, I clarified a bagel with extra cream cheese. She fails to change the order and I am stuck with nasty vegetable cream cheese on my bagel. Not a big deal, an and absolutely a luxury problem. However, the same woman has done this to my order before. Moral of the story, at this DD location, make sure you check your order before leaving the store. Especially on Sunday mornings. One disappointed customer.

Mobile orders are consistently missing part of my order. Usually I overlook it and they make it right. They lost my business when half of my order was missing again and it was apparently out of stock. This was never communicated to me. A refund was not offered. I had to request a refund which wound up not even happening because I didn’t have the time to deal with the incompetent management. Every time you lose a customer it’s bad news. I was a consistent customer that spent more than most, but not any more due to this poor service.

This store is such a disappointment. The workers move at 2 speeds - slow and slower. I pre-ordered on the app to save some time - that was pointless. It took the young boy close to 5 minutes just to remove my 3 wraps from the oven (all of which were on the same sheet), put them in their bags, put them in one big bag and bring them over to the counter. Not to mention, I’ve been there 3 times and 2 of those times they got my order wrong. Get it together!!
