Taco Bell

We got here right before they open so I can understand if they can't wait in us until they do. The person that informed us when we first pulled up was polite. At 802 i asked us they were open and i could order, the person that replied at that time was extremely rude, when i tried to ask what time he showed he very rudely talked over me, i tried to ask a second time what time he showed he interrupted me immediately and even more loud and rude said they weren't open. I guess asking how long i would wait to order is too much. I was being polite in asking, i didn't care and just wanted to know. Not a chance i ever come back to this store

Taco bell always good but I was so mad with their new Mexican vegi pizza . It's all same but no meat. They shouldn't adverse that get Mexican veggies pizza. Even when they had regular Mexican pizza and if u say no meat it's same way. Just couple pieces of tomatoes on the top , cheese and beans. They r no vegetables on their veggies pizza.

Worst customer service ever I have always came to this Taco Bell because I work so close and so convenient, and usually everyone there is so nice but there was a tall male yelling at me because I asked for a freeze drink and asked them to mix the flavors.Which keep in mind I always ask for the same drink all the time and never had a problem with it before. He’s yelling saying “I don’t give out money for free, your getting three flavors for one price” I’m sorry I didn’t know you adding a little of each flavor is loosing money it’s not like I asking for three different cups of each flavor and getting three drinks for one price! And honestly it’s not the fact that he said they don’t do that it’s the fact that he came to the window to yell at me for it. That’s not a way to yell at a paying client. There is an easier way and nicer way to say that they can’t do that. I do not appreciate getting yelled at I do not appreciate being told what to do when clearly I’ve been doing this for years and not once have someone told me I couldn’t. I will never go back to this Taco Bell ever and honestly no one should if the customer service is terrible and if they think yelling at someone is okay.

On Monday night around 9:25 PM on February 14 of 2022 I used the drive-through. I met the nicest and politest young man ever. He represents Taco Bell the way that any establishment should be represented by an employee. He spoke well and was polite and it just was very pleasant to deal with somebody like that.

I commute over an hour to work. I pass at least two or three other Taco Bell locations on my way, but always opt for this spot. Customer service is always A1, drive thru is very speedy, yet never do I feel rushed in placing my order. Neha and Jennifer mane me feel welcome and are simply my favorite part of the experience. I'd give 6 stars if I could! If you're in this area and craving T-Bell, I HIGHLY recommend dropping by!

When I drunkenly order a chalupa with no sour cream at 10pm, honestly I have low expectations and if I get sour cream I just scrape it off. I got no sour cream, so that's a win in my book. When I order a Dorito's chalupa, and they correctly guess I meant a Dorito's gordita, I'm also quite happy. How much better could it get?
