Chuck E. Cheese

We just had my son's birthday party here and I was very impressed! The whole establishment was very clean and well-kept, the games/rides were in good working condition and a lot of fun for the kids. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was good too! We chose an early morning party and there was hardly anyone else inside which was an added bonus. We all really liked the use of cards and time allotment rather than carrying around tokens and tickets. Will definitely return and recommend to others!

I iust went in and I order some food that my kids could not eat.After 45 minutes of waiting the wings came cold and spicy.They would not do right by us and make them plain ,they would not return the order or give us something differ.The manager Ken was not helpful basically took my food and said he cannot do nothing.After two years of pandemic and not visiting this place I returned to this place so and I found this place doesn’t value their customers.You will not get my business again.Shame on you!

The staff was in the party area multiple times. There were kids up on the stage hanging, pulling and hitting the mechanical Chuck E. Noone said anything to them. This place can be a much nicer place if the employee's actually cared. They didn't check mine or my sons hand stamp when we left, nor the family before us leaving. Why are they stamping if they're not going to verify? Not a great security system, if that's what you're going for.

If you like having your child set an unattainable goal (top shelf, 8000 ticket toy) only to work all night (wait we have only been here for 30 minutes?!) and fall so far short of that goal, they get to select one piece of candy, then this place is for you! My 2 year old freaked out every time we turned on one of the cars. 5 year cried the entire time about above-mentioned unattainable toy. Both loved the terrifying mechanical Chuck E Cheese. Were terrified of the cute actual Chuck E Cheese. This place confirms what we always knew, all fun ends in crying. But here it started and continued as so. In fairness, the place was clean, safe, and most kids were having fun. Hence the 5 stars.

Only rating it 5 stars because it was clean and staff was friendly. However Chuck e. Cheese has gone downhill. We love the unlimited play but you hardly win any tickets and the the prizes are absolutely horrible. My daughter was 2 tickets short of 500 and they wouldn't round up, how silly. Just go to Dave and Busters. Your child will actually leave with cool prizes they like.
