Absolutely horrible! The older black lady with pink and black braids is rude asf… when seeing customers come to the counter she said “and they just keep coming” real snarky! Apparently they don’t have Cinnabons ready atm the moment…. Was told they wouldn’t be ready until an HOUR WAIT from now! It’s 1:15 and they opened at 12….

Always good buns. Hit or miss when they have enough if you’re going for more than one or two originals. I take my chances.

I wish I could give them a 0 or even a negative number for service. They took my order and never delivered it.. And now there is no way to get a refund because there is no one answering their phones.

It was an old, crusty yt lady working behind the counter, she had a horrible attitude and sounded very rude towards me and my boyfriend...
Does anyone notice the 'trend' going on with who they're being rude towards?

I was next in line asked the lady who took my order for a Oreo frappe. She took my order and then made me wait for almost half an hour for it. There was a line of people after me and she decided to take their order and give them their items before se even made my beverage. I was the next one in like so I do not understand why she was giving me attitude telling me to wait while she helped everyone else in line AFTER me. I don’t know what was worse, her way of helping customers or the fact that she would grab the money and then grab the food without gloves or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Food was delicious and hot and ready and the staff was on top of everything and helping all the people out quickly when it got busy

Service was mediocre. But worst of all, the quality has taken a dive since the 90s. Taste more like cheap pancakes now , less cinnamon and the icing lost ALL flavor

I'm glad it's not near my home. This is a sweet tooth pleasure. I ordered 4 Cinnabons and had one with caramel pecan topping..Its an Amazingly fluffy and sweet. I love this place. I took them home and warmed them up with some ice cream on the side.. Highly recommend this delightful place.
