So far the most clean and most fresh food and drinks than other locations. The manager that was expediting was very friendly. The drinks were good and can tell they were made today. Food was fresh.

I've only ever come thru the drive thru at this location, but today I had the opportunity to dine inside as I was meeting with a work client. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, especially the Manger on duty; Sofia, who I observed working diligently with her staff.
My food was quickly made, a good portion size, and very yummy. I highly recommend this Panera Bread location for a dining experience that offers a spacious dining space and excellent staff. (Broccoli Mac & Cheese Pictured)

Instructions were not followed on the order, bread bowl was stale and uncut. Bagels weren’t what they usually are (refer to photo). Typically don’t have an issue with this location but this was disappointing

I've always liked Panera Bread. Good food, clean spaces, and the tables give you a sense of being in your own space. My only complaint is that they changed their menu and it is hard now for me to find items to eat. I used to love choosing from their sandwich menu. Now I almost skip it entirely. I'm not sure what they were aiming for, but they missed it with me. Still love the bread bowls, and their coffee in the morning is great.

They need to ditch DoorDash and go back to their own delivery drivers. My co workers and I have ordered from here Several times and although the dashers messed up plenty of times it’s now became every single time so we gave up. This past incident we specifically put in the notes the cross streets along with address. We were detailed and requested to be called at drop off. Not only did they deliver our food elsewhere / wrong location and mark delivered. We received no call !!! No way to contact dasher. Had to call for a refund. Highly disappointing when we got no lunch that day. Also they take a long time to answer phone calls to get said refund. This was NOT the first time. That’s why we were specific on cross streets… won’t order again due to door dash. Sifting through reviews it’s evident the 3rd party delivery driver company needs to be fired. Door Dash is hurting your business !!!

I order from there every week for someone, they changed their mind after I ordered and paid for it and wanted something else, the ladies there were so cool about it and said write a review so I am. Mgr was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a refund right away cashier was rather new and wasn't sure what to do, but she still was very nice and polite.

I love Britney at the drive thru she is so funny and amazing she gave me the best customer service I had in a long time she was very stressed and I was very annoyed with the line and she made me laugh and we talked for a bit until my food was ready I will always love her and I am excited for her future she made it sound amazing. Britney if you see this I love you girl!

All the food was amazing. My one daughter ordered Mac and cheese and it was delicious. Everyone was stealing from her bowl. It was really flavorful. The white cheese they use gave it a really good taste. I ordered a tuna sandwich and Cesar salad and it was so tasty and ingredients all fresh. My teenage goddaughter ordered the Baja Grain Bowl. I was concerned if she would like it as it had avocado, beans, quinoa and a whole bunch of other healthy ingredients but she ate almost all of it. She only left couple of spoonfuls. I tried it and it was really really good.
