Subway

Very disappointed, I usually either go in or order from door dash. I do not recommend this subway, worst one in town. Tonight i ordered from door dash & i paid for a chicken bacon ranch with EXTRA Cheese, came here with no cheese at all, not toasted, no bacon (which is included) & other missing ingredients. Whenever i go in person staff is rude & always rushing around( except one really nice gentleman that works there). Ive worked at two different subways in the past & everytime i come in i have not once seen an employee wash their hands after using a pos or before attending customers. The customer service skills are very poor & if you order they mess up your orders half of the time. Worst Subway in town. Will not be going back, they have messed up too many times.

Bad experience initially. I placed an order online for the Madoc location but it selected this trenton store. So I called several times and there was no answer. They called me back and I explained the order was placed to the wrong store and I wanted to cancel explaining this was an accident. The person who answered the phone kept calling me Ma'am even though I asked them to use my name which was clearly on the order I accidentally made to their store. They refused to refund me for my order. So now they just keep my sun's and my money which is completely unfair and extremely bad service, I asked for a manager, turns out the man who kept calling me Ma'am after I asked them not to, was the manager. ------UPDATE----- I have edited this from 1 star to 3, as after hours, leaving this review and other things they have emailed me to apologize and offer a refund.

Your online hours said that you close at 11PM, your window decal says that you close at 11PM and even your printed off paper copy of your hours says that you close at 11PM. But when I show up shortly after 10:30PM your doors are locked? So you're there, and you've already packed up the ingredients and you're on your phone? I'm curious if the owner is aware that you've been packing up and closing early? This isn't the only place in town I've noticed where the foreign employee seems to decide what the hours are, and those are to close earlier than the hours posted (presumably by the owner). I can understand being ready to close early, but when a customer shows up during your posted business hours you should be prepared to serve them until your posted closing time. It takes 5 minutes to make a sub, and you shouldn't be packing away ingredients until AFTER you've closed, no excuse.

Bad accessibility and recent upgrades made it worse not better. They need to educate themselves on accessibility as what they did doesn't make sense and is not compliant. Very frustrating as they are in an area with larger than average numbers of persons with disability. They are losing business because of this.
