So dissatisfied, disappointed and upset. I know accidents happens, I get that. But bad customer service. Yes, I’ll get my money back which is the very least expected but nothing beyond that to satisfy a customer was offered. There was a hair in my soup and nothing than “accidents happens” isn’t good enough for a business. I run a few businesses and customer service for me is critical. We always go beyond to make sure our clients are happy. We will go out of our regular services to make sure everything is good after we made a mistake. You have lost a client of years. Thanks.

This morning I visited this location. They were understaffed and one of the registers went down. It was pretty busy and the customers were frustrated. I was VERY IMPRESSED with how friendly and attentive the staff was despite this. They were professional and helpful even though they were clearly stretched thin and doing several jobs at once.

I felt the price was to high for the sevring size a small bowl of mac &cheese with a little lobster and a small bowl of broccoli soup the lobster was over cooked and rubbery the broccoli soup iced tea were good but at $23.00 I could have had a full dinner needles to say I wouldn't recommend it I would however get the soup
