This dunkin is pretty good its at a busy intersection attached to a gas station, there's and indoor and driver through. I always use the drive through.
To ways in and out of the parking lot , it's a little tight for the drive through with a big vehicle although I've never had an issue.
Never experienced a long line and service has always been quick. There's plenty of parking.

9:50 a.m. March 18th. Dunkin' donuts in Torrington drive-thru young lady made my day. Smiling and pleasant and grateful she was.

They are the best Dukin they are so friendly and nice they know are orders by heart becuase they are good at that. Also they don’t really run out of anything they make frozen Dunkucheno becuase they aren’t lazy like the ones by Bjs.

Well-stocked fresh items and no shortage of what I wanted however the staff was a couple of teenagers that seemed too busy talking to each other to take my order in a prompt manner. Friendly enough though and once they eventually did take my order it was done quickly correctly and without attitude.
