McDonald’s is McDonald’s but this location is my go-to in North Torrance/Gardena. The food is always fresh. Here’s an example - the “all-day breakfast” that gets served here is made fresh when you order it. At other McDonalds, the standard practice is to cook all the breakfast in the morning and reheat it when it gets ordered at 4pm or 8 pm. Here, it’s fresh, every time. Also the staff just seems happier. They smile a lot and are friendly and courteous. It’s a good experience.

Not gonna lie, worst location I've been to and I've been everywhere. Where to begin.. Rude people, gross tables, soda machines are gross tasting and were dirty. One employee was on break saying nasty stuff under his breath and it was not tourette's. He seemed angry and the manager came to calm him down. I'm not sure wth was going on. I know I was trying new stuff with my kid and we wanted to order maybe 3 times so stuff would be hot. After I asked for soda because the machine was not good someone thought making faces was the appropriate response. I think fixing an order or replacing spoiled drunk is the appropriate thing to do. Sooo,, then I went up for my second order and sat down to wait. They started pacing in front of our table like wanting to shove us out. Once someone made a comment about it being a 20 minute limit I cancelled our second order and left.
