Subway

Got really good service in here yesterday, then realised that the muscular chap with long hair and the glasses who was serving me was the same chap who I gave a good review to before ( a couple of years ago), when he worked down the road at the Market Street branch which has now closed. I didn't recognise him, but I did recognise his excellent service. If Subway have a training school where they teach perfect customer service, they should employ this chap to teach all of the others. He makes you feel like a valued customer and that your desire to have the best sub possible is a valid desire and one that he is there to fulfil. He makes you feel at ease about being unsure which ingredients you want (many don't) and always serves with positive energy, a smile, a joke etc and makes the whole transaction a satisfying experience. I don't know the chap personally and I'm not just saying all this stuff for any other reason than a) good customer service over little transactions is a dying art and b) this chap goes the extra mile to make the customer happy, thus keeping this dying art alive. Thank you sir!

I always love coming to subway I personally find that the coffee is better than Costa and for the price you can't go wrong and a subway salad is the only salad I will eat because for some reason it doesn't have that nasty taste on it. I have personally seen how this good fast food restaurant gets snubbed by people but I believe that is because of the fact that people don't give them a chance I recantly took a friend here and she was so surprised at how nice subway was and how much we saved compared to Costa which my friend took me to the week before she only agreed to come because she didn't want to be tempted with lots of cakes but a more healthy menu and the fact she thought subway was like a burger joint until I bought her
