Filet o fish always takes ages. Otherwise food is as you'd expect.

We were served by Celia who was very friendly. She checked our receipt when she saw us waiting and got our food. She made sure that we had enough ketchup and was wonderful with my autistic daughter, who is non verbal. She encouraged her to peel the peel to win and when my daughter hadn't won anything and was disappointed, Celia went and found some peel to win tokens for her. It was a wonderful experience. We don't visit McDonald's often but occasions like this make me want to make it a regular thing. It set us up for a great day. Thank you Celia!

Was on holiday in Torquay and fancied a Mc, food was nicely done, hot and centred on the tray, rather than hanging half off it.
Took a little while, but they were showing some new guys the ropes, so all good.
Atmosphere was good, place was clean and tidy and any left over food was quickly removed.

Good food, Great system going here to get customers their food fairly quickly, Correct order and piping hot food, and carol who works on the floor was very helpful with giving us help on the ordering machine system. Shame McDonalds aren't run like this where we live, our local Md's are rubbish :(

My plate felt : my coke went on the coke was on the ground and a sir came right after to clean it and he re-order one. So kind full !!

Lovely food fast service. Toilet Facilities are a joke. You have to have a receipt with a number that you have to put the code in to open the toilet door. That for up stairs. There was no receipts available on the touch screens. So we had to use the disable toilets.

It wasn't too rough in the area but the staff and McDonald's were very helpful very calm.
