I love Pizzaiolo and their pizza. There's only one real downsides to this particular location. It's all the kids that swarm in once they get out for lunch. They leave tables a mess and understandably it can be difficult for staff to immediately get out from behind the counter to clean them off depending on how busy the shop is. So, eating in can be a bit hard on weekdays depending on what time you go.
Otherwise, I love the place. The Honey Heat that was introduced this year? To die for. Sweet and spicy and perfect with the garlic dip! It's become my go-to pizza of theirs and I'm always super disappointed when I don't see it in the glass case. All the pizza is great, really, and I love how easy it is to customize one to your tastes when you order ahead. Ordering online is a snap unlike a lot of places, and you just have to show up when they say it'll be ready. I'm already looking forward to my next slice!

Pizza is good, lots of varieties of toppings to choose from. They have the mini pepperonis you can put as a topping too, which was great! Delivery was quick as well.

Pizzaiolo is my favourite pizza chain and this location doesn't disappoint. I've ordered from here multiple times and the quality is excellent. The delivery drivers who work here are nice and efficient - I'm always pleasantly surprised at how quickly my pizza arrives, and it's always delivered with a wave or a smile.
In the many times I've ordered, I've only had an issue once, with my pizza missing one of the toppings. I called to ask them about it, and the person who answered handled it so professionally and graciously that it prompted me to write this review. I was impressed with the customer service, and I wanted to let others know that this location is run by truly nice and caring people.
Thank you Pizzaiolo for being there for me when I want a well-priced and delicious meal that always arrives before I get too hungry.

While I was waiting to get my pickup order, the cashier was getting chewed-out by a person for a mistake they made. The angry person was being 100% unreasonable, rude, and kept demanding more and more alterations. It was so cringe. I felt horrible for the staff. The manager quickly came over, and very politely took the person aside and handled their concerns like a professional. I was then promptly served, as were the people behind me. All the staff had incredible patience with that unreasonable person, and still were able to keep up the pace with a busy Friday night rush. Great work. Great place. Great pizza.

I want to give a shout out and props to the owner/manager of this Pizzaiolo. After what was probably just a bad cooking day - both of the pizzas and garlic bread we had ordered were a little under-cooked and deemed un-edible, we had requested some kind of compensation (not even a full refund because we understand it's a business) but something to make up for the fact that we had to toss out 90% of our dinner. We were originally offered a credit for another pizza, but upon reflection reached out via online to see if they would consider compensation in the form of a partial refund. Rather than obliging to return as a customer, I'd prefer to have the freedom to choose to order again (as the credit ends up forcing you to order again, and after the experience we had with the food that day, you don't exactly want to return any time soon. After some conversations through email, the owner/manager Raul reached out to me personally on the phone to chat and wanted to make it right and went above and beyond in offering and providing a full refund. Having this kind interaction and being open to receiving feedback, is what gives us more confidence in wanting to return for a future order. We know that many places have had their bad cooking days, but it's not often a business will admit to their mistake and make it right. I don't see us as unreasonable customers - just wanting to make sure we got a quality product and what we paid for, so I really do appreciate the time and effort it took for the owner to make this right. We're definitely open to ordering and trying again in the near future!

Very tasty! Lots of unique toppings. Also a big plus is they sell by the slice so you can get a pizza for the whole family or just lunch for yourself.

Great fresh slices always!! I usually go there in the morning when they open to get a spinotta slice. The pizza maker lady is always helpful, kind and hard working.. thanks for the consistent great service !!

Great tasting dough, both crunchy and soft. Quality ingredients, non-gmo which is the only franchise thus far that offers this health conscious trademark. Locale was busy but service was quick. Can see why they were voted as top pizza slice in the city. Delicious pizza. 🍕
